DEADLINES:

Presenters: Presenter registration is now closed.

Participants: Participant registration deadline is October 15th, 2008. After October 15th, no additional participant registrations will be accepted.

(If you are unable to submit by this date due to special circumstances such as extended holiday break, please let us know.)
